Just a day after the premier of Billie Eilish's 'No Time To Die' music video that set the pulses racing for Bond fans with an evocative, artistic and dramatic video teasing what is to come, EON Productions, MGM and Universal broke the news that the 25th Bond adventure will be delayed yet again to April 2nd 2021.
Ironic that April 2nd was the original date for release in 2020, before pushing back to November 12th in light of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
While nothing but a disappointment to Bond fans and film fans in general, this comes as a shock due to the increase of marketing pushing for the November 2020 release - new trailers, posters and product partnership adverts all came days before the news which makes it worse and obviously a last-minute decision.
It seems James Bond has met his toughest match yet in the guise of COVID-19.
'No Time To Die' will be re-re-released from April 2nd 2021.
